The food is superb. Great ambience and the people are all so friendly. GM Harley is so accommodating together with Sabian, Josh, and the rest of the staff. It’s a “must try” when you’re in HK.
The food was great, we had a little hard time because the menu doesn't really list the ingredients so we had to keep asking what things were, but they were super helpful and were able to ask the kitchen.
One thing I would like to have seen, is maybe someone checking our table at least once during the meal. We had to constantly get up and look for someone, but again once we did they were super helpful. The place wasn't yet super busy.
The ramen didn't have a pork base which was a plus and something I have not been able to find around the area.
Edit---
Visited the restaurant again tonight and the service was amazing as was the food. Good job on the management for taking notice and listening to customer feedback. This place is aust try if in this area
Many delicate dishes and alcoholic drinks here. It’s a nice place to hangout with friends after a long day of work.
As a ramen shop, the variety of drinks is impressive. The suntory beer is especially recommended as they provide the option to be half premium malts. In terms of food, the skewers and fatty tuna sushi roll are worth trying while the tempura 🐙 & chicken ramen (the soup itself was good and the noodles got a special texture, but the chicken leg probably a bit overcooked) doesn’t taste as good as the other dishes.
Their desserts also look fancy but we’re too full to try:)
I tried the wagyu ramen which is very good! The wagyu is so soft and tender, it is melting into the mouth! And the soy sauce soup is so rich, not oily at all and the ramen is bouncy, yummy!
The yuzu chicken ramen is extraordinary good! It is rich and creamy, with fresh yuzu flavor, very good! And the tuna don rice is ok, the tuna is fresh, together with sushi rice, it is quite light.
I like the interior a lot, it got a touch of traditional Japanese style and yet modern touch, the atmosphere is good too. I enjoy the lunch here.
Good variety of food & drinks and it's clear that a great effort has been made to craft a unique menu. I don't regret coming here but not a place that draws me back for another dinner meal.
I booked a table for two at 6pm. I live in the area and like to order takeout from the restaurant but haven’t dined in much. But I am disappointed at the service in-restaurant. We ordered drinks first and a sullen waiter asked whether we were ordering food, which we felt like we had to explain (and justify) we would. (I was standing by for messages and had to wait 15 min before we can order). I finished my food and beer and at 19:40-ish we were told again from the sullen waiter we had to return the table at 8, which was puzzling when it seemed to be quite a number of empty tables on a Tuesday evening and a bit frustrating ‘cos I was trying to finish my pint of beer . Would have been nice to tell us beforehand. If you would like a relaxing dining experience with a friend and not be made to feel like you have to order food RIGHT AWAY at 6pm and have to hurry to empty your pint when they have empty tables on a Tuesday night with no one waiting, it wouldn’t be my choice given the experience. But there was a waitress which was being very nice to us. It wasn’t all bad. But I am afraid I won’t be coming back. I hope they care enough to improve their service. From a customer who has been ordering takeouts since they started.
Too many restaurants in Hong Kong have an arc where they start strong and hit a certain level of success and then there is a massive decay in quality. My recent experience suggests Nojo is hitting this point. First there was a notable …
Worth trying! Curry chicken leg ramen was so good with the soup made with chicken, thicky and tasty! Ordered another two sets of lunch which consisted of a yuzu flavoured ramen and soy sauce ramen. The wagyu beef rice was just ok and not …
